Sinclair Plumbing and Fire Protection is a family-owned business with access to a network of other reputable independent businesses Australia-wide. Founded by Trevor Sinclair as TMS Plumbing in 1995, we initially worked mainly on large Fire Protection jobs in the Northern Territory before expanding across Australia. As TMS Plumbing, projects we worked on included:
- Woolworths in Katherine, NT, in the wake of the 1998 floods
- Yulara Power Station, NT
- City Road Backpackers, Melbourne, Vic
- Southern Cross Care Nursing Home, Broken Hill, NSW
- Independent Living Units across Melbourne, Vic
- Darwin Hospital upgrades, NT
- Casuarina Shopping Centre expansion, NT
We now have experience working in Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales as well as the Northern Territory. Projects we have worked on include:
